# Can I trust MAPerformance?
## MAPerformance (Modern Automotive Performance) has been helping car enthusiasts build faster, better cars since 2006 -- with expert advice, 45,000+ parts, and in-house manufactured MAP-branded components.
Absolutely. MAPerformance was founded in 2006 by two performance car enthusiasts who were frustrated by the lack of good customer service in the aftermarket parts industry. From day one, the mission has been simple: provide enthusiasts with fair pricing, expert advice, and the best customer experience in the business.
We stock over 45,000 products from the top performance brands in the industry, plus our own line of in-house manufactured MAP-branded parts including intercoolers, manifolds, and exhaust components. We specialize in modern turbo platforms -- Mitsubishi Evo, Subaru WRX/STI, Honda Civic -- and we have the build knowledge to back it up.
